Photoshop hangs until alt-tabbing out and back on Windows 10

Randomly while painting, Photoshop will freeze and accept no new input until I either minimize the window or alt-tab to a different one. It does so rather frequently, too.

I have a rather powerful computer (8-core AMD CPU, 16GB RAM, and a mid-range AMD graphics card), so there's no reason it should be doing so. It even does this with Photoshop being the only program running.

It's become rather frustrating trying to get anything done, so I appreciate any and all help!

EDIT: I forgot to mention a couple things. I'm running Windows 10. I tried reinstalling my graphics drivers (they were causing issues with some games I play) to see if that would fix it, but to no avail.

Same here. I have an nVidia card. So it is not a graphic card issue. Btw PS does the same even with card acceleration off. My suggestion is that we have to look around the RAM. As this problem occur only when I'm using shortcuts. But then always.

I haven't used the computer I had this issue on for drawing in a while, but I did just scribble in Photoshop for about 10min and didn't run into the issue. I'm hoping that it was fixed by this recent update. Hopefully that fixed it for you, too.
