Photoshop: Are there tutorials specifically for customers familiar with Paintshop Pro?

Is there a good photoshop for paintshop pro users guide or tutorial out there?  I haven't found one.  I'm fairly committed to bludgeoning my way through, but I feel like the tasks I could simply do in PSP take a lot more effort in PS.  That's probably because a lot of stuff is tucked away in keyboard shortcuts, but there are so many to learn.

Thanks

Corey,

Lynda.com has hundreds of classes on Photoshop, and so is KelbyOne.

No, Photoshop isn't about just "shortcuts", I used to use Paint Shop Pro non stop before switching to Mac, but at the same time I was using Photoshop 5.5 too, and the difference is in that in Photoshop "YOU" have to tell it what to do while in PSP the program does most of the tasks for you.

Sure, the PS shortcuts are cool, but they are more for speed and productivity, and not creativity.

But these programs are not supposed to be the same. You can have the "info" tab saved as part of your work space and it will stay there each time you have PS open.

It's all just learning curve.  My primary focus is IT management, and after that is application/report development... leaving the "fun" work pretty far down the list, but a year from now it won't be an issue.

You can choose beginner and skim through until you find the right one. I believe they are the most comprehensive and easy to follow classes out there.

I'd like to help, but short of googling "photoshop tutorials for beginners" I can't help much with the info you've given. What are you doing that is giving you trouble?

That's what it boils down, Max, but what I'm really looking for is something directed toward PSP users.  I don't know if you've ever noticed - or if they're still even a feature - but Excel and Word used to have tips for Lotus and Word Perfect users, which made cutting over easier.
