I tried everything it just wont let me sign in, theres a lot of people whith this problem and no one is telling us how to fix it

Go to the adobe site and search for commercial user support.  This is often not a technical problem, but a licensing problem.

but photoshop express it ́s suppose to be free and in order to get premium tools you just have to sing in whith your adobe ID, it wont let me sing in

Recheck your account information; your phone or tablet is not syncing or unable to reach Adobe as a possibility.

We are looking at resolving this on priority. There seems to be an issue with desktop and tablet devices. It is working fine for Windows Phone.
