Photoshop express on iPad Pro running ios13.11. The app now reduces the size of the image to about one tenth of its correct size so the quality of any saved image is very poor. This has happened since latest update of iOS.

I've had so many dramas with iOS13 and using the Photo Library and photo apps.

I’m having the same issue. Haven’t found a fix as yet, other than look for a different app as this makes ps express useless.

After a bit of investigation this seems to be an issue with many editing apps not just ps express, so I’m thinking it’s an apple issue.  Also with some apps it only appears to effect photos shared from my iPhone to my iPad, photos taken directly on and edited by my iPad and edited are fine. One app that does seem to work ok still is Snapseed, but it’s not a nice workflow

iOS13 has now been updated to version 13.2 but the problem still appears to exist. On my iPad Pro.

Yep, the problem is still there.  Hopefully it will be sorted in 13.3, the beta of which they released a couple days ago.

Apple Engineers have logged my problem as a bug and have been working on it since my last post 3 weeks ago, would you believe?  I had a call yesterday to see if upgrading to iOS 13.2 fixed the problem and it hasn't. I'm expecting another call tomorrow 8 November, hopefully with some sort of findings.

Thanks for the update Rosa, perhaps they were hoping 13.2 would miraculously solve the issue on it’s own... hopefully they will start to progress the bug now.

Darren Apple support just called and advised that the Engineers are still looking into the bug and don't have an answer yet. They are aware that iOS 13.2 didn't fix the issue.
