Express: Layout is different since update

I have been using Photoshop Express for PC for 3 years now. Just today it automatically updated to the newer version and the layout is different and everything. The quality of the pictures are fine UNTIL I checked them after they have been saved to my computer. All my edited pictures are now super pixelated and blurry and I can't fix them to make them better. This has never been an issue for me for prior versions of Photoshop Express.

Photoshop Express is very important for me in order to do photo edits which I use on a DAILY BASIS. I need this fixed as soon as possible.

Please, somebody help me fix this! Is this a bug?

(Top picture) A screenshot I took of my edit before I saved the picture to my computer while still using Photoshop Express.

(Bottom Picture) The "saved" version of my edit, you can clearly see major pixelation and lower quality.

I've never tried Photoshop Express, before, and the only version I can find that'll work on my PC is one from the Windows Store and it is pretty basic.

The version on my phone seems more advanced, and in that one I can go into Preferences and change the JPG Quality to 100% if I want.

See if you can find a JPG quality setting in your version's preferences.

The version that I had prior to the update was majorly simple and kept the original photo's quality. But after the update, it started to look more like the mobile version. So while I have more advanced options, the quality drastically dropped.

Oddly enough, when I looked through preferences on PC, it didn't have the option to adjust image sizing or JPG quality as it did on the mobile. The only options on PC in that menu was the option to share to facebook and the option to allow tracking or not.

New Version of Photoshop Express was a surprise to me also! TOO MANY OPTIONS displayed on screen, can't HIDE these options. I've been using Express for years, great program.
I don't need the PROFESSIONAL level of Photoshop, I just do simple editing, cropping.
Possible to do another update, allow the OPTIONS to be hidden?
I'm not having any quality issues, yet, on the new version. THANK YOU!
