I hope I have enough room for this. In June I bought PSE #12, Due to health problems I did not try to make a CD of my photos until about a month ago. I tried, and this function did not work. Somehow I was ablt to talk to somone at ADOBE's PSE department. After exxplaining the problem (and he also tried without any success), he downloaded over the wires etc. Version #13. Well, version #13 did not work either. I had Microsoft support work on this, and they could not solve this problem. The problem was that when trying to make a CD of my photos, in step #3 - ?? it always defaulted to the D: drive. Before I got Microsoft involved today, last week another Adobe Tech told me to go to www.Adobe.com/downloads, and select TRY PSE, and there would be a place for me to enter the serial number of the version that Adobe gave me, hence I would get the complete version and NOT the 30 day try. Well I did this, and there was not a place to enter the serial number, so now I have the FREE version. After the FREE version was finally downloaded, I tried to make a CD, and all drives appeared in step #3 and I was able to make a CD. HOWEVER, I paid $80.00 for Version 12 and it was defective. I was given #13, and it did not work. Now I have the FREE version which will run out - so what am I (OR YOU) going to do to fix this? I need tech support (Or someone) to do something that will give me permanent Version #13. Since you don't support phone support for PSE, how do we put this to rest. I await a reply from YOU as to what you are going to do to solve this.
