I purchased a new Dell Insprion PC earlier this month (Dec 2014) - 64 bit, Windows 8.1. With it I order Photoshop Elements 13 and Premier Elements 13. They were delivered via Dell Digital Delivery. I restored by pictures via my previous Elements 13 backup. All looked okay, however, when I went back to open organizer it worked fine for about 2 minutes and then I get the "Elements Organizer has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working...". I have tried this several times with the same result. It does not matter if I do something or just let the computer sit there. I find it impossible to contact a person at Adobe. You help would be most appreciated.
