With Photoshop Elements 2018 and 2019 the Healing Brush Tool doesn't react to the usual shortcut in order to change the brush's size. This can only be achieved using the mouse.

Hello,

The keys '[' and ']' (i.e. the left and right square braces) can be used to decrease and increase the size of the Healing Brush Tool. Let me know if this doesn't work for you.

Thank you for the tip. Unfortunately these keys also have no effect on the Healing Brush Tool size. Maybe there is a part of code missing which is included with the other tools allowing 'shift #' and '#' to increase and decrease the size...?

What language is your OS in? Same question for Elements and your keyboard. Shortcuts are different between different OSes and keyboard configurations.

Everything is in German: Windows 10, Photoshop Elements and the Keyboard Settings. What makes me wondering is that the Spot Healing Brush Tool is working with the above mentioned shortcuts ('shift #' and '#'). The same applies to the other tools whose size can be changed, like the Selection Brush, Eraser or Brush.
