Elements 9 won't launch | Photoshop Family Customer Community

Dear all,

Photoshop Elements 9 came pre-installed when I bought my Sony Vaio. It worked very well all the time and I never had a problem.
But now, it won't boot again.
This is the problem report. Sorry, I only have it in German:

Crashes in the C runtime library are usually due to bugs in third party plugins or drivers.

Do you have any third party plugins installed with Elements? Have you tried disabling them?
Have you changed any drivers on your system around the time the app started crashing?

There are no plugins installed with Elements and I have changed no drivers.
