Looking for help with photoshop elements 8 on my Win 7 64 bit PC. Error 150:30 every time I try to open the program on the computer. It says to reboot and try again and to contact help but there is no contact info on the adobe site for any help.  I'm not interested in a forum. I'm not sure how to get back here or to find an answer to a post.  I just want my Elements 8 working again.  A reply to my email would be helpful.

It's a pity you are not interested in a forum.
With such an old Elements version, don't expect direct support from Adobe, especially by mail. Even with current versions, their support is mainly by chat which is much more convenient than by mail.
So, either you wait a little here to get suggestions and answers from Adobe or other users of old versions (the big advantage of a forum...) or you search yourself on Google to solve your licencing problem.

Hello Mr. Welz,

Wow!  You're being picky?  We're technicians.  Did you come here to complain that Adobe doesn't have tech support?   That's been noted.   But, your version-8 is old and expired from tech support.  We may be able to help you, but be specific with the entire story.   I remember version 8, it was a problem-child, but we'll help ya anyway.  If you'll be better off with an upgrade, we'll tell ya that.  The latest Photoshop Elements version is 15.  One slogan we had when I was at Microsoft was, "keep current".

A reinstall should fix the licensing problem. Otherwise, try these solutions:
