I installed Photoshop Elements 2018 from Windows Store today (last version of Windows 10). The Photo editor works fine, but the Organizer will not launch. I just starts the splashes and then it stops straight away. No error Message, only this text; "A problem caused the program to stop and it will be closed. You will receive a Message if a solution is available"... Does not help me much

Did you register the product?   To do so go to Help, Register, and reboot your PC.  If that's not there, you did already.  It'll register your key code in the system.  Then the rest of it works.   If that doesn't work, reinstall the program using the key code that came with it.

Thanks for your answer,
No I did not register. The register option is not available in the help menu of the editor. When I check my Adobe ID page, the product is not listed. I bought the product from Windows Store and no registration key was following the product, neither on the invoice or to be seen on my Microsoft Account (product listed there without reg. key). I have uninstalled and installed the product again, no change. The Organizer will not start! The Windows 10 program error log tells me about missing file paths, wrong file paths and wrong module path for the Organizer.I have not tried any Photoshop product earlier, but a lot of other stuff. Maybe I shold shift to another product. This one seem to be very troublesome...
