Elements 14 - Face labelling does not work appropriately

The new face labelling in Version 14 of Photoshop elements has many problems and is making the whole product unusable. It's main problem is that it is trying to do to much behind the scenes and hence slowing the whole process down to a standstill.
Some of the many problems that I have encountered with the facelabelling are:
1) I can no longer just scroll through my photos quickly as every time a photo with a face in it is displayed, the program wastes ages trying to work out who is in the photo even when you don't want it to. I have turned off automatic face labelling both under Properties and under View. This helps a little bit, but it still hangs up on photos with faces.
2) When trying to label a face. After eternity, the program suggests a name for the face, usually the last name that you used. Not much analysis here as it often suggests boys names for female faces. Then you click on the Cross to say that NO that is not the person. The program just hangs, sometimes multiple clicks eventually work or it just gives up. You try again to label the face, same name is recommended! Eventually, after several minutes of this, the program gives you the option of typing in the name that you actually want. Type it in, program loses it and the whole cycle starts again. I have spent 15 minutes just trying to label 3 faces in one photo. This is ridiculous. Wasn't this software User Tested before releasing this version????

I am now faced with labelling my family Christmas photos with many faces and am going to revert to my previous version which was 12 as I cannot spare the time or cope with the frustration of this product.

When is Adobe going to rectify this problem?
