Photoshop Elements is getting worse instead of better and Adobe won't respond...

Need to value your customers... you were successful in providing a product that people liked and purchased. Then you offered upgrades... then sometime after version 8-9 you started dismantling the program and removed features while calling it an upgrade. The sole purpose is to force people to purchase larger more expensive programs.

In addition you refuse to talk with your customers... give them NO options to communicate with any live person directly and further show that you have no concern as to how this impacts your customers. Because you're only concerned about making more money on other programs.

If you create a program that has features (like lighting effects) then any upgrade should CONTINUE to have lighting effects. Simple... but you realized you gave elements customers too much and you pulled it back.

Please respond... haha... I know this is futile. But I feel better. Adobe has forgotten the folks who can't afford the higher dollar products.

Adobe is well known for this attitude, another classic example is relocation of tools between newer versions and older versions. They need to adopt the simple approach Ïf it is not broken DONT fix it

To date I have found that combining PSE 12 and Lightroom 6 gives me all the tools that I require for my photography.
I have trialed PSE15 and found it difficult to find my favorite tools in the places that PSE 12 had them. Again message to Adobe "Dont change for the sake of change
