Elements 14: Editor crashes on Windows 10

The error message is: Photoshop elements 14 editor has stopped working. Windows has close the program. I'm new to utilizing blogs to fix technical problems. I'm told that I should not trust anyone who wants to use Skype to assist me. That has happened! The question is, where do I go for help? I had many photos that need to be edited. Photoshop elements editor was working but however it is not working now. My first question is, how do I get help from Photoshop employees. This is a recently bought product and I would assume they have some kind of technical assistance. Windows 10 has recently been installed on my system and I'm not sure if there's compatibility issues. Is there anyone that I can talk to. Please email me: AEDCMS, my email address is demagnus1@Comcast.net. Help me Obi-Wan Kenobi you are my only hope!

Hi Albert,

Sorry for the trouble with the Photoshop Elements 14.
Could you please get the error from the event viewer and paste that here, so we can help you out.

There thing appears normal, editor comes up with its normal message about editor loading with the normal "please wait" continues to work and then nothing.

Thanks

I'm not sure what an "event viewer" is but the error msg from windows 10 is "Photoshop Elements 14 Editor has stopped working". Next window: "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available". When Troubleshooting Compatibility, Windows indicate the "Photoshop Elements 14 is incompatible".

That is a crash for a different application (DllHost), and appears to be caused by a printer driver (WinStyler?).

We need to see the crash reports for Elements.

Interesting, it's still crashing because of a bug in that printer driver.
Looks like you need to uninstall that printer driver.
