Photoshop: Dual display layout?

I use Adobe Photoshop CC 2018 with a Wacom Cintiq 13HD to draw and paint and a Yamakasi Catleap as a second monitor to view multiple windows so as to check the colours and the readability of the image, for example by applying a 20% dot grain proof to monitor my values.  The problem is that i have to manually move each window I create to the Yamakasi every time I open a file and worst still, setup  the proof for some as well.  This is tiresome.  It would be great if this is done automatically so that these windows are ready in place on the second monitor every time I load the file?

I ask because Ambient Design's Artrage does this with no problem.
