When using Photoshop so after a while, 5 minutes maybe, the program doesn ́t work. It just stands there without doing anything and I can ́t do anything either. The only thing is too shut it down and restart it, but the same problem comes back. All this happends after the latest version. I have never before having problem with the program.

Howdy Michael,

Does this happen on initial launch?  Do you have a lot of data on the cloud, such as files saved to Creative Cloud or lots of fonts?  How fast is your internet connection?  Photoshop could be synching files in the background and possibly overtaxing your connection...

Thanks,
David

Thank you for the answer. On your questions I have too say no, I don ́t have a lot data in the cloud, not lots of fonts, my internet is pretty fast and this is not happen when I launch photoshop. It ́s happends after I have done some things in the program. No heavy things, just ordinary things. But I reinstalled the previous version and now it works.

Kind regards,

Michael

Howdy Michael,

If this comes back, please let us know.  This is not how it should function and we're not seeing the same behavior ourselves, nor hearing of similar reports from other users.  So I'd like to figure out what's special about your set up.

Thanks,
David

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help > System Info... and copy/paste the text in a reply.
