Photoshop does not embed Video

I have made several PSDs with animations and videos on the timeline.
All seems well, until I move the folder of the videos to another location on my harddrive.
When I than open one of these PSDs I got this screen (see image).
It seems, that Photoshop does not embed videos in the project. They are only linked.
I allways take "Place embedded..." and also tried "New video layer from file..." and "Embed from Linked" with the same result.
OK, I can relink the video, but what is if I want to edit the PSD on another PC or give the PSD to a colleage or friend, or sell the PSD?
I think an embedded video should be in the PSD and not linked to the PSD.

I hope you can fix this bug or give me a workaround. Is there eventuelly a version of Photoshop without this bug?
I am on Photoshop Version: 20.0.4
PC: Windows 10 64-bit Version 1809

This is currently as designed behavior. As long as the movie files are next to the master PSD, Photoshop will find them. If you need to share files, zip up the PDS and video files in a single archive and share the zip.
