Hi Werner,

Did this printer ever work? It sounds like a driver problem. Have you tried removing the printer/driver, uninstalling the driver and reinstalling?

Hi Jeffrey,
the printer works and the properties are visible in Word but in Photoshop not.
Of course :D i removed the old driver and reinstalled a new printer driver.

Any ideas? Or unsolvable?

Does the problem occur if you start with a new document? (e.g. File>New... paint on a document and then print)

unfortunately yes, i can open a file or make a new one and the printer properties causes a crash. So printing works but the properties not.

What does the detailed crash report say? (check the system event viewer)

Yes, it tells us that the problem is in the HP driver code (hpltui.dll).

Okay so no chance from your side to fix the problem.
Still thanks you two for your efforts.
