Photoshop CS6: How do I install on macOS Mojave?

I just bought a new Mac with Mojave, and I'm unable to install Photoshop CS6 which I've owned for years. I get an error when I try to run the installer. It tells me to download Adobe Support Advisor but clicking the link doesn't take me anywhere useful.

Are there any fixes or workarounds for this? I do NOT want to pay for a subscription to Photoshop CC.

CS6 should work on Mojave, though there are some hoops to jump through because the OS changed the way some things work.

See details here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/install-creative-suite-mac-os-sierra.html

I presently have it installed and running on Mojave on my MacBook.
