UPDATE-2: When I open Bridge down to the content level I can see two files: AdobeBridge5-mul and -x64.  But I still can not run Bridge? Any suggestions?

UPDATE-1: Deleted.

Photoshop CS6: still can not open Bridge in photoshop CS6. Had problem ever since I down loaded Windows 10 so, I down loaded Windows 10 twice but this did not solve the problem of missing Adobe Bridge. Not sure what else to do? (I tried Adobe support -7 support numbers). The download "photoshop_13_LS16" and ".7z" resulted in one or two error: DF022 or usually DF024 (payload media server - unable to move file at .....).  Not sure how to deal with error message?

PROBLEM SOLVED: yesterday (June 21, 2017) Adobe Application Manager supplied seven (7 each) updates to applications. I downloaded the applications did a restart and Adobe allowed me to regain access to a fully functional Adobe Photoshop CS6 including Bridge. So far, all is well - Bridge and photoshop are working as designed. This post can be closed.
