In Photoshop CS6, updated to the latest version, selecting Help/Photoshop Online Help opens a non-existant page in the web browser:
The requested URL /en_US/photoshop/cs/using/WS58a04a822e3e5010-1f09756312695358696-8000.html was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Here is the full URL taken from the browser address bar:

Thanks for the PDF, but it doesn't fix the broken link on your site:

https://help.adobe.com/en_US/photoshop/cs/using/WS58a04a822e3e5010-1f09756312695358696-8000.html

This link (not the PDF) is what PS is trying to open.

Hi Leroy, archived versions are only available as PDF. Only the current version is available in HTML.

I've asked the help team to see if they can fix the link to redirect to the correct place.

Maybe just: https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html  and follow the prompts. Not as specific to any one problem, but...

Yep. That's how I got to the previous version archive here: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/archive.html

That was fast! I just plugged in "photoshop/cs/using/WS58a04a822e3e5010-1f09756312695358696-8000.html" and got a help guide. That looks pretty good, I'll check it out, I'm always looking for something. Good Luck!

What's broken is, from within Photoshop CS6, opening the Help menu, then selecting "Photoshop Online Help".

When I do this, my browser opens to this URL:

https://help.adobe.com/en_US/photoshop/cs/using/WS58a04a822e3e5010-1f09756312695358696-8000.html

And displays this message:

Not Found

The requested URL /en_US/photoshop/cs/using/WS58a04a822e3e5010-1f09756312695358696-8000.html was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

This is what I'm trying to get working.

Yep, and that's what I've asked our help folks to resolve. I've posted the correct link above as workaround in the meantime.

Thanks. I didn't understand that you'd submitted this as an issue to be investigated.

I tried your link March 10, 2019.  I get the list of help locations but when I click on CS6 I get a blank page.
