Color in PSD file and JPEG; viewed on Windows Photo Viewer, is different when viewed on Microsoft Office and imported on other software such as Adobe After Effects and Toon Boom.

I have been painting in PS CS6 for the past few days and I encountered huge differences in color when I save my works as JPEG or PNG as you can see with the images I uploaded below. The first one is on Photoshop, Second one is a JPEG file when viewed on Win Photo Viewer and the third, when viewed on Microsoft Office.

The problem is I have to import those images i created to Toon Boom Animate Pro and After Effects because i'm planning on using them as background scenes, and when I do import them, they tend to lose the purple tone and becomes bluer and a little darker.

You are comparing a color managed application (Photoshop) to non-color managed applications.

Of course the color will look different in applications that don't care about color management / accuracy.

Chris, we should hang out. If you're cool I'll let you teach me everything you know about PS.

Are you an artist or engineer? (or both!)

LOL. I'm a Programmer, Painter, Physicist, Photographer, Color Scientist, and sometimes Electrical Engineer. I have trouble explaining to my coworkers what all I do.
