Howdy Silversmice,

Or should I call you Harley?

When your Brush tool is active, look up at the Options Bar just below the Menu Bar, at the top of the screen.  Is the Mode "Normal"?  Are the Opacity and Flow both 100%?

Haha whatever you prefer to call me is fine ;)
But it was the opacity and something silly I didn't notice! Thank you for the help!

No worries, Ms Quinn...8-)

The settings are controlled by numeric shortcuts and thus very easy to accidentally change.

5 would get you 50% Opacity.  5+6 would get you 56%.  SHIFT+5 would get you 50% Flow and SHIFT+5+6 would get you 56% Flow.

Hope that helps,
