Photoshop CS5 will not launch on my new Apple (Yosemite) & Apple says it does not "recognize" the Adobe developer

I just purchased a new computer Apple Yosemite and when I tried to launch my photoshop CS5, it said to download Java 6... which I then did; I rebooted and tried again. Didn't work. I then tried to reload CS5 Premium Suite and I am getting the following message: "Install can't be opened because it is from an unidentified developer. Your security preferences allow installation of only apps from the Mac App Store and identified developers."

What do I need to do to fix my preferences to all installation of Adobe products so that I can use photoshop on this new computer?

Photoshop CS5 was written before Apple had code signing in the OS.
You will have to turn down Apple's security settings a bit to allow the application to be launched.
