PS CS 5 Bridge: program requires considerable time to get ready reporting: " busy with composing criteria.." Might this be the consequence of recent installing of LR 6?

When finally ready it is ok as long as the PC is active but after closing down the PC and restarting PC and Bridge the same problem occurs.

No, Bridge wouldn't be affected by installing LightRoom.
That message just means that Bridge is busy checking the current folder for changes to the files and gathering up the metadata that it can sort by.
Bridge wouldn't be affected by rebooting the system - only by exiting and relaunching Bridge itself. If it really is affected by rebooting the system only - then you may have something wrong with the system (bad disk, bad utility program, etc.).

Thank you for your information. But it doesnot make me happy. It means that my computer might be at its end of live?. But sofar only bridge gives this problem,
So if you refer to bad utility program , what exactly does that mean? And how to repair if possible? What is a utility program?

It could just be a drive failing (make sure you have backups), or a bad cable.
Utility programs are just that -- utilities that you install that are not general applications. That includes antivirus, firewalls, screen capture apps, etc.

Thank you for your additional information. First I will try to find out whether the hard disk is still healthy. Thence go and check the antivirus program and other things. Thanks for your efforts.
