Photoshop CS5: Printing impossible on El Capitain

I have the Adobe Creative Suite CS5 on my iMac. Everything worked well with Mavericks. Unfortunately a month ago the hard drive broke. Then the technicians have installed me the OS El Capitain. Now Photoshop gives problems, for example crashes when I try to print. I installed the old version of Java, but the problem persists. I can't work anymore!

Is your printer driver up-to-date? Just updating the driver may not work. You need to delete the driver, delete the printer, install the latest driver then install the printer.

Also, see this document from Apple on troubleshooting printing on OS X:

Did it work properly prior to upgrading to El Capitan? I don't recommend that customers upgrade their OS without doing testing to ensure that it will work for their needs with their current hardware and drivers. If you have an older printer, the driver may not be compatible with El Capitan. CS5 also was not designed nor tested to run on El Capitan.
