Hi. I recently purchased an iMac 5k and have installed CC for Photographers package. I am facing a problem with Photoshop that it keeps on crashing during my work and I end up losing hours of work. I spoke to Apple and they claim that the problem is with the software and not with their hardware.
Kindly help me out as this is gravely affecting my workflow and my business.

When you crash, the OS offers to send the crash log to Apple, then the Adobe dialog offers to send the crash log to Adobe with additional details.

Both of those dialogs let you see, and copy, the full crash report.

Otherwise you can find old crash reports in ~/Library/Logs/Adobe/LogTransport///crashreport-UniqueIdentifier.txt

Please submit all Crash Reports along with your email address: http://adobe.ly/gNJWVY

Here's how you turn back on Crash Reporter if you've disabled it:

https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suit...

Location of Crash Reports:
/Users//Library/Logs/Adobe/LogTransport/

You may need to use Method two in this document to access hidden user library files in OS X 10.7 or later: http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/gl...
