You are crashing in AMD/ATI's video card driver. You need to update the driver from AMD's website.

If you have a second GPU in the machine, also update that driver from the GPU maker's website.

If you have a laptop with dual GPUs, it's probably best to have Photoshop use the higher power GPU all the time (automatic switching can cause problems).
