Photoshop changes the sizes of my fonts, adding/removing small increments when free transformed

I have been noticing random font sizes in my photoshop documents recently, for example my 16px text will change to 16.04px or 15.98px or 16.42px.

I have finally spotted a bug that causes this issue. This occurs when you do the following:

1. Select multiple text layers.
2. Change the size of these text layers in the character window
3. Straight after changing the font size, free transform those layers... and watch the random .XX get added to the font size.

*NOTE*
This dose not happen when you do this with only one text layer selected.
This dose not do this when to nudge, rather than free transform after step 2.
I am not scaling the text layer using free transform to move the layer. And it's still changing the number.

If anyone else can confirm they are having this issue it would be appreciated.

I have this issue all the time, across all my photoshop files, but it's not because of scaling. I never scale text boxes, I always adjust the actual type size. This has been an issue for months and it's driving me crazy. I can close a file and the type will be 16px. I open it back up and it's 15.99.
