I have the exact same issue. I went as far as purchasing a newer Nvidia video card GTX 750ti, but it did not help. I am running Photoshop CC 2015 on a PC with Windows 7.

Hello Everybody, I also have this problem. I'm running photoshop 2015 on windows 8.1 and I have a Nvidia GTX 765. If I disable GPU Processor support the problem seems to disappear but selection preview go crazy!

This issue should be corrected in the Photoshop CC 2015.0.1 update which was released today. Details here: http://blogs.adobe.com/crawlspace/201...
