I upgraded from Photoshop CC to Photoshop 2014. Using Photoshop 2014 trying to crop a photo I get computer message "startup disk full", "scratch disk full" operation canceled. My computer is a Macbook Pro version 10.7.5, 2.4 G intel core 2 Duo, 4Gig 667 mhz DDR2 SDRAM. I had computer checked out by Apple all good. Plenty of room on Hard drive. Not sure if other functions not working.
Uninstalled Photoshop 2014, now back to using Photoshop CC which is working fine without any problems.

Check ALL of your crop settings. You've probably set a resolution value, and Photoshop is doing what you told it: create a HUGE document from your cropped area, and it's running out of scratch space to do what you said.
