Photoshop sometimes shows an alert "fallback to doc" when dragging layers into Artboards.

This happens for me when dragging a large Smart Object (e.g. image from Lightroom in Smart Object) to an document with Artboards.

Environment: Adobe Photoshop CC 20150529.r.88 x64,
OS X El Captitan 10.11 Public Beta (15A215h)

Odd, that error string does not appear in the Photoshop code (and I just double checked that).

My guess is that it is due to an automation plugin, script, or extension panel -- most likely third party or we'd be hearing about it from more users.

You're right, this it's an alert call from GuideGuide. As it's indistinguishable from the Photoshop alerts that sometimes show (apart from language maybe) I didn't think to check there.

Thanks!

Yeah, because it displays it's alerts through the scripting system. Hmm, maybe we need a feature request for "making scripting errors look different"?

A changed icon or a prefix with the extension name it's issued from may be helpful, yes.
