Hi everyone!

I'm unable to preview my photos from the Nikon D810 with Camera Raw 9.0.

If I click the "Open Image" button, the image is loaded in Photoshop CC.

The same problem occurs with converted DNG files, now preview is available! :(

Please help me!

What OS version are you using?
What GPU model?
Have you checked the other dozen topics about blue boxes appearing in ACR or Lightroom?

Thanks for the help Chris!

The Intel HD Graphics 4000 probably had a buggy graphics driver, found the solution in the following topic:

http://feedback.photoshop.com/photosh...

"Go into Camera Raw preferences and disable Use Graphics Processor."

Thanks once again, for pointing me to the right direction! :D

At first I thought it had to do with the Camera-USB transfer, that the NEF images got corrupted. So I went and bought a CF-card reader.

I still got the same issue view the NEF (RAW) preview.

I even tried to change to store the photos to the second card slot SD-card, but the same problem remains.

I also tried to change between the compression alternatives, lose-less and uncompressed.

I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate x64

Currently using Intel HD Graphics 4000.

I have an AMD Radeon HD 6850 installed as well, but it's currently not connected to the screen that I'm using at the moment.

Chris Cox: You are probably right! Just tried to open up an old NEF file taken with my previous camera Nikon D7000, were I'm receiving the issue.

No, thanks for the keywords! I've been searching for d810, nikon, nef, preview, photoshop. I'll have a look at those topics as well!

Thank you!
