Photoshop CC: Very problematic/sluggish

I see a number of entires on this topic, but all from 6 months to 2 years ago - nothing recent. My Creative Suite, especially PSD CC, is very buggy - slow, lags behind, saved jpgs etc. don't show up when going to place them - takes a minute or so for them to appear/be available. I'm a little out of it with regard to the best way to diagnose/resolve corrupt fonts and third party plug-ins, etc. Best way to handle those circa 2015? Any info on the current state of updates for this issue, or how to handle possible other causes, greatly appreciated. Running 10.10.3, MacPro (2009)

First, try restoring your prefs:

If that doesn't help, try killing the CCLibrary process as described here:

Thank you. I will try all of this. I had found about killing the CC libraries in Activity Monitor, etc., but I was int he middle of many projects and all Adobe programs needed to stay open, so I will do that soon. I bought a photo on adobestock.com and am trying to get it - until the libraries work I can;t find any way to get at it! I will let you know how it all goes.

You can kill that process while the applications remain open. It will get relaunched after a few seconds.
