Photoshop CC 2019: Disk error when opening or saving SGI/RGB images.

I am experiencing a disk error while attempting to open or save *.SGI;*.RGB;*.RGBA;*.BW image files using the SGIRGB_Win64.zip plugin downloadable from the following link: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/optional-file-format-plugins.html.  This same plugin works correctly in Photoshop CC (v19.1.6) and earlier.  I have reinstalled Photoshop and have reset the preferences file by holding CTRL + ALT + SHIFT at startup, and the issue did not resolve.

Jeff Arola, an Adobe Community Professional, mentioned that he tested all of the optional plugins and none of them were working.  See https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2555251.

Can someone please look into this issue?  Thanks.

Actually, I was able to reproduce this just with the Save As dialog, no need to open any of the files.
I'll log a bug and the team will investigate this!

Thanks DSB, sorry for the trouble.

Regards,
Pete
