My photoshop CC trial crashes every time I try to use it. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it has not helped. I am not sure how I can fix this and have not yet managed to try the product and only have 8 days yet.

What OS/version are you running on?

It's windows 7. But I ran a trial of illustrator with no issues.

First thing to do is update your video card driver from the GPU maker's website. Updating out of date video card drivers solves a lot of crash on launch issues (due to bugs in the old drivers). Illustrator wouldn't hit video card issues because it doesn't use the GPU, while Photoshop does.

If that doesn't work, then we need to see the detailed crash report from the system event viewer or reliability reports. The cause is most likely a driver (like the video card driver) or a third party plugin.
