Photoshop CC: The tab key does not select replace option on the save menu

Very Little problem but one I can't seem to find an answer for.
While editing 1000 photos or more, I'm trying to save files fast as I can. One message always greats me when replacing existing JPEG files and I can't seem to find a way to avoid it or close it with a key shortcut. Ideally, I will press ⌘+S to start the SAVING process then TAB ( to select the option "Replace") fallow by ENTER and ENTER again and that will be all.
The problem is that the TAB key doesn't do his job, it only sets the outer glow of each button but doesn't move the actual selection forcing me to use my mouse and when you have a 2 monitor setup that could take a little bit longer.

Does anybody know the solution to this little problem?

have you changed the Mac OS preference for what tab key does?

System Preferences ==> Keyboard ==> Shortcuts
at the bottom of the dialog do you have "All Controls" or "Text boxes and lists only" selected?
