Photoshop CC: Shuts down when opening file

Over the past week, as I open a picture i get a 40 page crash report. It is real frustrating. I have tried everything i can find online and nothing seems to work.
This is the top of the error message..

Any ideas?

Dropbox is crashing in Apple OS code:

Jeff I will disable Dropbox and see what that does. My iMac has been flawless for a year and now all the sudden it crashes

Yup. That is because you upgraded to 10.10 which seems to have some issues with it's file I/O and Extension Service. You can try updating to OS X 10.10.1 which came out yesterday. Hopefully they've fixed that up.
