Please help, I can not open files!!! This has happened to me a few other times in the last month. I recently chatted with an Adobe rep who connected to my screen to resolve the issue, by clearing out image/font layers on 1 of the corrupted files...but I can't keep wasting time every time this happens, smh. This never happened while using the regular download system, but now this new cloud version is slowly killin me. How do I resolve this issue permanently?
