Photoshop CC: Not responding to keyboard input and clicks lagging.

Photoshop CC is experiencing lag or reluctance to click when using Wacom tablets.
I experience the problem most when trying to use the hotkey to switch between pallet colors ("x") or the hotkey for the brush ("b"). The whole program will at times not respond- and you will have to click off the photoshop window, or switch windows before it will unfreeze. I've been experiencing this problem for a month- at first I thought it was my tablet pen (so I bought a new one from Wacom), however even after replacing my old pen photoshop is still buggy. I know Photoshop is one of Adobe's best selling products, I've seen on the forums that this glitch I've been experiencing is also happening to many others.
I pay a lot of money to rent CC and have not seen any bug patches or updates from Adobe to fix this glitch. Please fix this glitch, it is not acceptable that such a time consuming flaw go un-patched while Adobe offers only cloud software for Photoshop in the latest versions. It's cruel to loyal costumers who were shoehorned into purchasing the cloud when they would have liked to go out and purchase a hardcopy which is reliable instead.

I've been a Photoshop user for almost 6 years. I am an art school graduate and was trained professionally in Adobe programs. I had in the past been very satisfied with Adobe programs- this however is terrible.
Please come out with a patch soon or I will have to look to some other method to make my line work. This glitch is taking what would've been an hours worth of worth and extending it to around two.
