when I merge multiple 6000 X 4000 images in HDR Pro the result reduces the resolution to a little less than 3000X2000.   Although the image looks great it is very limited on what size prints can be made.

I can't reproduce this. Auto Align cuts off a few pixels, but the HDR is still roughly 6000 x 4000 pixels.

Are you sure that the originals are indeed 6000 x 4000 pixels and not perhaps reduced in size because of a Camera Raw setting (if you use RAW images as source, for example)?

It was my issue.  I had the image size set wrong in photo shop.   Thanks for the quick response.
