Photoshop CC: First seconds of Audio missing when doing MP4-Video-Export from a big PSD (700MB)

I'm using: Photoshop CC 2015.1.2 20160113.r.3552015

When I export a MP4-Video-File and use a WAV file as audio-track sometimes the first seconds of the audio are missing. This problems seems to scale up the bigger the PSD file is (in filesize) and the more layers/smartobjects etc it has.

This does NOT happen if you e.g. just have one (10 minute long) MP4-file dragged into your PSD and export a video. In this case all is fine.

I have these problems all the time when I'm working on ~700MB-PSD-Files (the resulting video length would be approx 10 minutes) with several layers/smartobjects (some containing MP4 files) and then do a MP4-Video-Export with these settings:

Format: H.264
Preset: High Quality
Doc Size: 1280x720
Framerate: 29.97 Fps
Field Order: Preset (Progressive)
Aspect: Document 1.0
[x] Color Manage

Render Option: Ineractive OpenGL

Does anyone has the same issue and maybe a solution?
