It could be your video card or video drivers that aren't quite up to the challenge.

Look at your PS / Edit / Prefs / Performance - Use Graphics Processor.

If it is on, turn it off, and see if that helps then turn it back on, but adjust the Advanced settings to lower capabilities: Advanced to Normal or Normal to Basic.

If it's already off, then turn it on and see if things change."

You crashed in your Intel video card driver.
You need to update your video card driver from Intel's website.

But I have a Nvidia GeForce 610M installed, why Photoshop doesn't recognize it?

You also have an Intel GPU in your system,, and that driver is crashing.
Yes, you need to update both video card drivers from the GPU vendors' websites.

Photoshop has to examine all the GPUs in your system to check their capabilities (and see if they crash on simple tasks).

I verified and unfortunately my notebook has a GPU customized by Asus and no driver update has been released for it. I tried to install the most recent driver for Intel HD 4000 but I received an error message.
So I think I must keep the "use graphic processor" option disabled...
