Photoshop CC 2020 21.2.0 Display Issue

This happens frequently. When I move layers, their "background print" stays visible untill I turn off and back on the first visible background layer which is on the background of the "background print".

On this screenshot above, I selected visible layers, but its "background print" is visible untill I turn of the Background. When I turn off the visibility of the Background layers, this "background print" disappears, and when I turn the Background layer back on, everything is normal again untill I move the active/visible layers again. And so again and again... ...I do not know, maybe it is the problem in my Photoshop configuration?

First thing to try with such redraw issues is to turn OFF GPU in General Preferences (Performances). Any better?

Recalibrate (recreate) a new display profile, make sure it's not a Version 4 spec if you have such an option, make sure it's Matrix not LUT, again if the software provides such options.
