Photoshop CC 2019: Crashing on exit - only if I click the top right X button

This started just before the CC2019 version came out so it's not specific to the update. If I close PS by clicking the top right X button in Windows then it crashed and asks to send a bug report. If I close the file I'm working on and then use the FILE - QUIT option then the application closes without error??

I've tried un-installing and re-installing. I've also tried resetting the preference files. And I've also tried running it without any installed plugins. Nothing so far works.

Apart from this the app appears to be working perfectly.

Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Regards

James

That's odd? I've definitely posted some, maybe I typed my email address in incorrectly? No worries,  I'll make it crash again right now (easy to do, just click the X close button up the top right rather that using File - Quit) and post a new one...

...done.
