Photoshop CC 2018 Fullscreen mode is bugged, creates a seam in the middle of the screen.

Basically, when entering fullscreen mode, there is a seam that appears in the middle of the screen, cutting it in half with the left side being two pixels higher than the right one. It doesn't alter the document since it's fine when not in fullscreen and the seam stays in one place when the document is panned. It's subtle but very annoying.

I can't see it on my monitor in any mode, and changing the color I'm looking at doesn't help it appear, either.  Nothing makes elements in the middle appear a pixel or two higher. I can't really tell anything from your link, either.

Maybe you can find a way to show it more clearly?
