Photoshop CC 2018 , Bug: Layers and Masks

Hello

This is a an additional bug to report:

  1. Selecting Adjustment Layers always select mask first, double or triple clicks have to be pressed to select the layers themselves, sometimes this happens with normal layers with masks
  2. Mask preview doesn't show mask, it's either completely white or completely black, One have to alt+click mask to see the real mask edits

This release is so buggy that i have to downgrade my team's version to  CC 2017tomorrow, losing about 2 weeks work recreating files for the older version

unfortunately their were no pre-release program for this version to check that before public release

1. I've tested this and clicking on an adjustment layer selects the adjustment, not the mask.

2. I don't understand what you're saying... if you want to view your mask, you've ALWAYS had to alt-click to view.

And 2018 files will open up in 2017 with no issues whatsoever... why do you think you'd need to rebuild?

This is an old problem that seems to have reappeared with CC 2018 on Windows 10. You can see two animated gifs on the subject and a trick to work around the problem while waiting for a fix
