Photoshop CC 2017: White Screen

Image panel turns completely white (or sometimes completely black) at many times during normal use (happened before updating to 2017, but not as much).

Im using a new 4GHz Retina Mac with 32Gb of RAM and a AMD Radeon R9 M395 2048Mb graphics card. Im running El Capitan 10.11.6.

This happens on both new and old files, and it's only through either turing layers on and off, or minimising and refreshing the window that the image returns.

This only happens with Photoshop - I can use 3D software (MODO) with no issues whatsoever.

Please could you let me know what I can do to rectify this?
Thanks

Am not sure about Mac, but with a PC, disabling OpenCL in PS resolves the issues.
