Photoshop CC 2017 Layers Comps to Files Hotkey Bug

If you use Edit < Keyboard shortcuts to give the Application Menu choice File > Export Layer Comps to Files a hotkey, and then use that hotkey, when you get the Layer Comps to Files panel popup, it ALWAYS acts like you have the Alt key depressed, even when you are trying to rename the File Name Prefix. This means you cannot use the letters B, S, or I in file name edits, since it will instead act like you have depressed the Alt+ keypress action for that popup.

Is it possible that your KBSC for Export Layer Comps to Files somehow interferes with Windows own hotkeys? I'm unclear on just what kbsc you're using that it would prevent you from typing into a name field. I tried both Option-F6 and Cmd-F6 on my Mac, and had no problem with any of those letters in my file names.

I'm on PC. Various ctrl+ hotkeys tried resulted im the same issue. I have no idea if mac even has alt+ key commands on that window... but if so you'd have to try and rename the prefix with a key that matches up. If the problem exists on mac even.
