Photoshop CC 2017: Different colors in PS and in output file

Hallo,

I have a problem with colors in photoshop. When I edit an image in photoshop and save it as jpeg it later looks different in other programs and the browser then I edited it in photoshop. All this programs can use color management. When I load the jpeg in photoshop again then it looks like I edited it again. In the export dialog it looks different. sRGB is work color space.
I attach a screeshot to show the differences. There is photoshop then the export dialog and the windows image viewer. All the same jpeg.
Maybe someone can explain what I did wrong or what I have to do to correct this.
I have same Problem in Bridge an in ACR where the images look different then in all other programs.

One of the applications isn't color managed if there is a mismatch between it and Photoshop. Make sure you've embedded a profile. Make sure you view all the images at the same zoom ratio (ideally 100%).

As Andrew, this is due to color management.
Did you made a screen calibration?
PS and LR are taking these calibrations in consideration while most of the app are not. You must also check this in the other appli. For instance, I suppose that The Viewer in Windows doesn't take the screen calibration in consideration.

If your screen is able to store it's calibration (like Eizo do) Then you will not to be worried about color respect.

Thanks for your replies. My screen is calibrated but has no hardware calibration. Windows image viewer has no color management support as you said, but my browser has.
I tested a little bit around:

photoshop -> photoshop export dialog with sRGB -> Browser

When I put the screenshot from the Browser over the image in PS an switch the layer to difference it looks like this.

in the browser
The screenshot like this from photoshop like this

I tried the same on the imac of a friend an the two layers had no differences and the image was completely black.
